I THOUGHT THE MOST DISTURBING THING IS THAT WHILE I WAS PREGNANT AND GOING TO PRENATAL APPOINTMENTS I WAS NEVER TOLD ONCE THAT I WAS RH-, DOING RESEARCH I FOUND OUT THAT I SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN A SHOT AT 22 WEEKS TO PREVENT MY BLOOD FROM HARMING MY UNBORN CHILD. WHEN I ASKED THE NURSE IS EVERYTHING OK WITH MY BLOOD, SHE INFORMED ME THAT ALL IT MEANT WAS THAT I LACKED A PROTEIN IN MY BODY. SO HERE GOES THE BEGINNING OF MY RESEARCH INTO THIS RH- FACTOR.
